Refund Eligibility:

• Refunds are available based on our cancellation policy timeframes

• Cancellations due to force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions) are eligible for full refund or rebooking

• Documented medical emergencies may qualify for refund consideration

• Travel restrictions due to government advisories are eligible for flexible rebooking or refund

Refund Process:

• All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our official channels

• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for booking

• Bank processing fees are deducted from refund amounts where applicable

Refund Timeframes:

• Credit card refunds: 3-5 business days

• Bank transfer refunds: 5-7 business days

• International transfers: 7-14 business days

Partial Refunds:

• Early departure: No refund for unused nights unless due to circumstances beyond guest control

• Service modifications: Refund difference if downgrading services

• Add-on services: Refundable if cancelled 24 hours in advance

Non-Refundable Items:

• Booking fees and service charges

• Third-party service fees (tours, transportation arranged by us)

• Promotional packages during peak seasons (terms specified at booking)
